A Letter from a Friend:

Dear Karen,

     I wanted to tell you how much I liked the blouse I bought at your store. I bought a dark silver blouse with black velvet dots. It has a pretty ruffled neckline.

     My husband said I looked great in it. He never gives compliments so that was a great start to the night. I had so many people at the party tell me that they loved my blouse, and I looked really pretty. I always told them where I got it and all about how you always help me find clothes I might not usually try.

     Thank you for your great customer service. It was so nice to have a special outfit to wear for the party. I can't wait to wear it again. I appreciate your help in suggesting I try it on. I also like your candor when I put something on that doesn't fit quite right.
